Are your smartwatches compatible with iPhone and Android? Yes. All our smartwatches work with both iOS and Android smartphones via Bluetooth. Please check the product page for specific app compatibility.
What health and fitness features do your smartwatches have? Our smartwatches typically include heart rate monitoring, sleep tracking, step counting, calorie burn, multiple sports modes, blood oxygen (SpO2), and more. Exact features vary by model — check the individual product description.
How long is the battery life? Battery life ranges from 7 to 30+ days depending on the model and usage. Most watches offer 10–20 days under normal use.
Are the smartwatches waterproof? Many models are water-resistant up to 50 meters (IP68 or 5ATM), suitable for swimming and daily use. Please refer to the product specifications for exact water resistance rating. Avoid hot showers, saunas, or diving.
Orders & Returns
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your smartwatch, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (original condition required, including all accessories and packaging). Return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective.
